Shuttle coordination was lacking...missed extra work due to poor communication by Hannah. Inconvenient, not deal breaker but when service person calls to tell me shuttle will pick me up between 12:30 & 1:00, I shouldn't need to call in at 1:40 to find out shuttle wasn't arranged at all.

I am dependent on the shuttle service from your firm. My auto was brought in on an emergency basis at 10:00 am and I did not receive a call from Kelsey until approximately 6:15 pm -- well after the last shuttle at 4:00 pm. It was okay that my car had to stay with you until the next day, but I should have been informed sooner. Kelsey also sent me several email messages...but I only check my email once per day, so I didn't get them. Kelsey should have explained to me to stay on my email that day so that I could stay on top of what was happening with my car.
