Work was not completed because they didn't know the scope of the project. I have a time crunch and they knew it. They didn't write down quotes that I asked for, but she did give them to me verbally. Kelsey is a great service writer so I just know your department was super busy today

Took to long to get our car once paper was completed. 25 minutes before the car was brought to me. I came in after I was called & told it was ready for pickup I came in completed everything than waited. I was very unhappy with this.if you tell me its ready than it should put up front for me. Like your time to you is very valuable My time to me is also very valuable. Very poor customer service

I have had a very overall poor experience so far with very bad service time estimates that start at 4 hours that extend to 8 then it’s please bring it back for 2 more hours tomorrow that then turns into 4. Then get a report that the vehicle is needed for 2 more days to complete the service. AFTER Two Days (plus the 14 earlier hours reported) I am then told that they now need it for another few days. None of this time qualifies for a customer curtesy car. If I wish to request one (but it’s not normally given as this is a manufactured warranty issue) I have to call Chrysler care. When asked for the number I am told I have to find it myself. I have never had this poor of service with any vehicle I have ever owned before. My Jeep that I just bought from a dealership that had 3,200 miles and has a full warranty should have been fixed in under a day as it’s a simple electronic issue and needs to be replaced. NOT we need more time to call Chrysler and go back and forth for days to resolve an problem that is clearly there and just needs to be swapped out. Biggest mistake was buying Jeep if this is the kind of service I can expect! While Jeff was helpful throughout the process. It was upsetting and frustrating that it took three days to figure out the battery was dead. Then to charge us $300 for a new battery then to restest the car was upsetting. It was irritating that the shop did not have a back up battery to test my car. I will not be taking my car back to the auto services as this process took longer then it should have.

Beth was awesome!! Up front and caring and she went out of her way to make sure I understood everything that was happening. The key fob that I bought was kind of expensive at 250 bucks -and she let me know that she understands and cares that we are spending our hard earned money at **** Hannah. That meant a lot!
