I had a scheduled appointment with Darrin and when I arrived I parked my car and walked into the service center where there are a row of stations. Most of the employees were at their stations some had a couple people chatting but Darrin was away at this moment. I just stood in here as all the employees walked around me and continued to chat, no one attempted to help me or greet me in any way. I even stopped an employee by the name of Jeff Roberts and asked him if he was Darrin and he simpky said no and continued on. At this point I felt ignored so I went up to one of the counters with a young lady named Teila and asked is there a front desk or someplace I need to check in and she asked if I had an appointment without a smile or any kind of welcoming, she then advised me to pull my car in. I was ready to take my business elsewhere at this point,( I drove from Portland over here on the reccomendation from my dealership). Let me tell you Darrin was the saving grace of my visit! He was not only friendly and honest with me he was also fair with time and pricing. I would come back here again but solely based on my experience with Darrin all other interactions were short and not welcoming, and that was once I was able to get someone's attention. I feel like There was an attempt to hustle me. According to the service tech “it’s recommended you change the fluid in the rear differential”. I just had this service done at the last service. The service rep said “I guess we overlooked that”. Did the service tech even the part he recommended or was he just trying to rack up income? Why didn’t the service writer look at my records as it was done at the same shop. Makes me wonder...

Problem not fixed..in fact they knew it wasnt fixed and let me take the vehicle home anyway...then didnt mention it until I called the next day. I was also told I would get a call from the service director to discuss the repairs done to my vehicle since the advise could not give me any details. I have yet to hear from her and wa told I would hear back yesterday.

I came in to get something fixed and after 2 and 3/4 hours, they said they could fix it but not today and it would be about 175$ for looking and about 600 dollars to fix a windshield wiper motor. I'm middle class and that is a lot of money for the part and way to much for the labor and you wasted tons of my time and charged me to do so. So... I would like my money and my time back. I made an appointment, thinking I would not have to wait long. I dont trust that you would charge the appropriate amount for labor either. Saying it takes 3 hours when it takes 30 minutes. I hate the fact that people are forced to go to dealerships and usually have bad experiences.
