Would have been perfect if it was done right the first time. Tech didn't double check engine or transmission oil levels and both were off. Bummer that such an elementary task was missed but thank you for getting it perfect on the second try.

As you know, my jeep threw a rod on June 18, 2019. The engine has been on back order since. I have been the one to call for updates and provided limited information. I also have had to return a few times to the service center in order to get plates and switch loaner cars. I have bought 6 vehicles with **** Hannah between me and my partner since I first purchased a vehicle back in 1991. I switched brands from Honda to Jeep paying more than I really wanted to as I felt I deserved a little more luxury. I regret this choice as I haven't had my vehicle all summer. I felt that perhaps a call reassuring me or give me some sort of concern. I have been a loyal customer and received only a loaner car.

Service representative was the most unpleasant person to work with. Tiala was rude, snotty, and arrogant. The day she was off, I was referred to Kaylee. I called and left TWO messages to call back which she did not. I stopped by on my way home and spoke to another representative who asked her the status and she replied that she got the messages to call me, but was blowing them off because she didn't look into my case. She said it loud enough so other customers could hear and didn't realize I was standing right there. She then came over, pointed at the screen and repeated her comment about blowing me off. I then made myself known. All she did was dropped her eyes and walk away! NO APOLOGIES, NO NOTHING! when I got my car back, the second issue wasn't resolved. However, the service technician was great. He identified issues that I did not address and those were fixed. I like the service center, but I WILL NOT have Tiala or Kaylee as my service representative. UNPROFESSIONAL!! If want to discuss further, please call or email me at ****-****-xxxx or
