Jennifer did a great job! She worked hard to get us financing for the repairs in case we needed them (we ended up not needing them but it was great to have the option!), went the extra mile to find out that our repairs were covered by a notice about a defect, and was just super friendly overall. This is the second time I've had Jennifer as my service manager and she was just as friendly and awesome the first time as she was this time! Thanks for the hard work and advocating for my car and myself! You're the best!
