Jeff was nice but I did not get my diagnostic read out. I was told that I needed services I did not need. Took almost 3 hours just to get a diagnostic and the price to fix the car was highly over priced.

I had a couple issues with the service today. I was surprised to see the DEF tank had not been filled as part of the 7500 mile checkup. It’s shown in the service literature as a check point. Not a big deal I just bought some from the parts guys and did it myself. Also, the seat was covered in plastic and a dirty floor mat (paper) was in the truck. Minor thing but I should not have to get rid of your shop garbage when the job is completed.

Charged me $175 for diagnostics to check radiator.... which isnt related to diagnostics. Without doing pressure test on radiator or running fluid through it, they concluded that there must be a leak and to “replace radiator and test again after.” Only there was no original test. My truck has 50k miles tests should have been done. It didn’t make sense so after three days in the shop with a rental car paid by me, I took to a local mechanic. Who ran many thorough tests and found that the only issue was that the radiator cap was loose (which I mentioned to the dodge tech when I first dropped off the truck at the dealer ) He charged me $90 for his time. I paid you $300 for nothing.

My car has been in your shop for almost two months! The worst service anywhere. I should have my last two car payments paid by you. I called to express my concerns two weeks ago, and left messages for ken dent, no response. Rich Andresen, no response, Gary showier no response, Ronda phiefer no response. Finally I got a call saying they would pay for my loaner car. But this is not an adequate service for me.

And to chech my check engine light it wold coast $145 to see what it ment..it is free at oriles auto parts to check engine light..I well never go back to **** hannas service again..and i well let everyone know about my experience there...(what a joke!) Not happy! Stereo no longer works when foot on the gas. Strange noise emanating from steering column, horn no longer works and check gauge lights is now on when driving
None of that was happening when I brought it in. It just didnt want to idle at times.

Service put 80 lbs of pressure in my FRONT TIRES and 65 lbs in back tires of Promaster after tire rotation. so i had to return the next day. The absolute clincher is after Jeff in service took it to get it corrected, he NEVER apologized!!!!! I turned back to him & said, “I always say thank you but I just cannot when you never even apologized for the inconvenience. I will not be using Jeff again. Nor do I expect his attitude will allow him to last very long at **** Hannah.

I was happy with Kelsey. Not so happy about the weowe only being for the two front windows and visor. I said I wanted xp plus in five window and visor. I want it to block sun and heat. Why would they only give authorization for two and visor.
