I don't have any problems from my latest experience with my service advisor Scott Long. He took care of us. However, this is the fourth time in the last several weeks I have had my vehicle in for repairs related to the same issue. In late April I brought it back after having routine service because the front end was loud after your team rotated the tires. I was told it was a mud guard that was rubbing on the tire and that it was fixed. The noise and ride quality didn't improve so I brought it back a second time in early May. The Service Department then told me that it was the wheel bearings that were bad and they replaced them on warranty. This seemed like an odd failure with a car that had only 40k miles at the time. I was also told that the noise was still there but that I should buy all new tires in hopes that it would go away. A week after this, I was accelerating to merge with highway traffic and the front CV axle went out leaving my family and I stranded along the highway. We had the vehicle towed to your service center. We were assured that your team would go over everything in painstaking detail to make sure the problem was fixed. After a week I received the car back and the noise was noticeably reduced, but it still drove rougher than it did previously. Last week, while accelerating onto a roadway again, the other CV axle blew again leaving me and my family stranded. We had it towed again to replace the other axle. Overall, this feels like a problem that could have been prevented. We felt like the service department was indifferent to the repeated problems we’ve had with the vehicle. After the first axle was replaced, we received our vehicle back dirty (like it had been sitting under a tree dripping sap and a greasy steering wheel). While the service advisors (Jeff and Scott) both did their best to communicate on progress, I can’t help but question the competence of your shop to accurately diagnose and repair our vehicle right the first time. I am doubtful that we feel comfortable continuing to use **** Hannah to service our vehicles. It would have been nice to feel like after our fourth repair of the same problem that we would have received some extra attention. Again, this is something that likely could have been prevented, so I am disappointed in the service we have received on repeat occasions.

All the staff specially the Ken and Cindy we’re tremendously helpful and friendly. They followed up with us while they were repairing our vehicle all the way to the day it was done and ready for us to take possession after repair. I was told on the phone that it would be free to get my transmission fluid checked so I drove an hour to get down there only to get told I may actually have to pay $145. Then I was told it would take just an hour so I waited in the waiting room and after more than 2 and a half hours passed and after talking to 2 different people wondering when my car would be finished I find out that it had been done for 45 minutes already but nobody bothered to tell me! A huge waste of my time I am not one to usually complain but it was very inconvenient for me as I had somewhere I needed to be. Also I would have liked to talk to the mechanic who worked on my car to see how bad the issues were, if they were urgent, and the best way to go about fixing them but I was hardly told anything about the actual problem! Thank you!

There was no communication while my vehicle was in for service. I dropped my car off at 7am and I finally physically showed up to check on the status after several non-returned calls. The last several times I have brought my car in for service the experience has been horrible. I will not be returning to this location for service on my vehicle. The service manager did apologize after I physically showed up to check on the status of my car.

I brought the vehicle in because it was having stall problems, and then it wouldn't start again. Got it back, it starts,now, but the SAME PROBLEM IS STILL THERE! Now, it leaks coolant from the tank, and nuts were left off the tank for the coolant. The work order only said that they replaced the ignition switch. Why would you have to mess with the coolant system to fix an ignition switch? Also, Scott, the service rep, had to shut the hood when he drove it up for me to take possession of it when I left. I want the problem fixed, and the radiator replaced, along with the nuts that,are missing at NO COST! I have proof to back my complaint.
