I'm not happy with my service there because I feel like I paid $200 and didn't get anything remotely worth that much I got information that is the same information I got somewhere else for free I didn't get anything fixed and I paid $200 feel free to call me back ****-****-xxxx and compared to service that I've received other places other places when I let him know I wasn't happy with the service I have received a refund because they wanted me to be happy with them and I am happy with them because they had the ad integrity I would be happier if I got my 200 back seeing as how I fix the problem myself and it had nothing to do with what I learned there it wasn't it wasn't even related basically I feel like the technicians follow guidelines they were told to follow and not just figured it out and fixing it thank you very much

All I can say is I will never bring my car back there again. I called Kelsey I had work done on it in 2017 on replacing the transmission output shaft seal because it was leaking. It started leaking again, and Kelsey said there was a two year warranty unlimited miles on it. So my work would’ve been under this warranty. Also there was a leak under the right side engine valve cover gasket, and I gave them an OK to go ahead and work on that. I got a call yesterday from Kelsey informing me that Chrysler is not going to honor the warranty she had quoted to me, and that it was only a one-year warranty on the transmission output shaft seal leak. Also instead of a two year warranty on the right side engine valve cover gasket she had told me and written down, that only has a one-year warranty now. I could have taken it to my other mechanic and had this work done and would have been a three-year, 36,000 mile warranty on my work requested. So needless to say I am not a happy customer and I will not be going back to **** Hannah. I must say that Kelsey was very nice and she told me I would not have to pay for the labor on the transmission seal. That’s the only good thing I can say about it. I will be contacting Chrysler about this.
