I caught one of the service reps joy riding my vehicle going easily double the speed limit as I was walking to get breakfast. I told the customer service rep and she acted like I was lying. I then talked to the manager and she only said "we will talk to whoever was driving." Nothing was done on their end to make me feel better, I honestly never want to return to them for it and I've bought my car there and gotten routine services done over the last 2 years. I'm highly concerned for others vehicles as well. My experience was a 1/10 for being treated like a liar, my property being mistreated and literally having nothing done about it. Disgusted with the level of customer service.
