People are great overall and very accommodating. My 1st visit last year they didn't put the oil filter on correctly and I has to return to get resolved. This time, the oil life monitor was not reset after the change so I have to return again. I live 45 minutes away and drive to **** Hannah because we bought a Kia from you and the service has been solid over 4 years. So I thought I would come for my truck, so far a rough start. Pretty sure with every oil change the fuel filters need done as well and I think they were missed.

Kelsey was great and I really appreciate the quick response to my wheel speed sensor. My concerns were the final price changed and I don't understand the charges (bill is very confusing) and that the engine did not have foreign material exclusion (it was left open without covering openings). Prices were very high, but I expect that from a dealer and don't hold that against you. I would still recommend this location for anyone needing dealer service. There is no need to contact me again.

Very disappointed with new vehicle and 5 visits over 4 months it took to diagnose and fix the problem. Although I probably took it out on Kelsey, she remained professional and positive. If you are going to sell poor quality vehicles and have problems fixing the problems, you are going to been more people like Kelsey to deal effectively with disappointed unhappy customers.
