Jeniffer was great. There was nothing she could have done to make things go any smoother. The area I’m referring to has to do with the cost of a simple job is outrageous. If it wasn’t for the PURE fact that I did not have the time I would have done the flush myself, but since I could not I got charges $150....that’s just crazy in itself. If it wasn’t for the recalls I wouldn’t have gotten any services done there merely for the cost.

When dropping off vehicle for oil change I did mention that the coolant level was a little low. The report back stated they did not need to top off. I showed them in the parking lot that it was below the cold level mark. I was told they could not top off due to they did not have any of the orange dodge coolant. What the heck. Not very happy that I was either lied to or that they did not do what was right for the customer

Very pleased with Darren Greene but very disgusted and upset with Chrysler how you can get me completely satisfied is fixed my truck the ram 1500 4 wheel drive 5.7 hemi 2017 has a major flaw heater hose goes right past the amplifier that's on the back of the radio with no heat guard or heat shield you want to make me satisfied completely fix it either put a heat shield in there so it doesn't cause problems or replace the stereo so the amplifier is not right next to the hose of the heater give me a stereo that doesn't have an amplifier on the back of the stereo and put the amplifier somewhere else in the dash or see if a heat shield will work stop wasting my time because if I have to fix it you guys will pay me for what I spend on fixing my stereo refusing to fix it making me fix it and refusing to pay my bill the cost for having the stereo protected from the heater or having a different stereo put in will result in a lawsuit it's a major flaw in my truck so you guys need to fix it that's how I will be completely satisfied I'm paying $30,000 plus interest of 19.99 so I expect my stuff to work like it shouldI understand the stereos operating like it should but you should not be having an amplifier right next to a heater hose if you do you should have heat shield put up common sense there is a manufacturing flaw in the truck so the manufacturer should fix it not expect the customer to spend the money fixing it when it's under warranty the radio would not overheat if you had a heat shield or a stereo without an amplifier right next to the heater hose you want me completely satisfied fix it stop wasting my time and stop jacking me around when I am a customer that is pain over $30,000 for a vehicle

I dropped off my truck early in the morning with one of your dropoff envelopes stating what I needed done. I know in the past I have had to ask for a carwash so I stated that on the envelope. Not only was it not washed but it wasn't vacuumed either.

I would appreciate a follow up ASAP concerning the diagnostic of my vehicle rather than having to wait at the end of the day. Also I was missing my sunshade do the location of where I had it stored. Having a service done on a Friday and then when you have issues following don’t give me complete satisfaction until he following standard work day. You would think that if something comes up at the end of the day like a misplaced sunshade it would immediately be reported by the technician and put into a location where other supervisor have access to customer inquest.
