I had an oil change and cabin air filter replaced today, however, I didn’t make an appointment before dropping off my car and I still needed to run errands. I asked if I could use your shuttle services to take me home but I was told I couldn’t because I didn’t have an appointment. I believe that is a ridiculous policy as your shuttle should be available to all and any paying customers. I ended up having to get an Uber to take me home. This is not the first time I’m not satisfied with your customer service. This is the last time I come get my car serviced here.

That being said, my overall experience started in July and I just got it done. I was frustrated because it turned out that I had to deal with the exact right person to get it done. Darin was great. Too bad he followed several others that didn’t follow through, didn’t call back, made appts and when I showed up no part and no appointment. Previous experience was bad. This one was how it should have been all along.

Nice job, but confusing layout of service desks. Walked in the service area, no one greeted me, another customer told me I needed to go find Jennifer, who was in the back area. I will know better next time, but some signage would be helpful.
