My car was there for week before a simple radiator cap replacement was done and only because I went in and asked about my progress. I needed an oil leak fix as well but I already waited so long I just wanted to be done and out of there. I called several times through out the week with someone saying they’ll have my service rep call back which never happens!!! I tried texting the service number no luck!! Communication was very minimal! Customer service was a little better the last time I took it in over 15 months ago. I’m not getting anything else done here

Service advisor called me Lance looking at my 2005 Durango thinking it was a 2017. Then blamed the nice woman that set my appointment perfectly. Zero updates for 6hrs though I requested them after 4hrs. Finally at the 6 hr mark I spoke with someone else who informed me that my vehicle had already been finished. Thirty minutes later, Jennifer text me to say my vehicle was finished. Called the Chrysler "boss" service and part manager and left multiple complaints including the ongoing issue with my vehicle and got ZERO return correspondence. This explains the crap service from Jennofer. Lastly and the easiest part, I requested a car wash. I picked up the vehicle that still had problems and still had the same ****on the window. I should call Gary S or better yet, blast you people on google and yelp. Gerald M

No recall parts in stock.
Found an issue with the wiring. Will cost over $600 to find and perhaps more to replace.
Claimed I need to pay to replace a def system at over $6600. Nothing is covered under the warranty. Starting a case with Ram.
The truck is a couple of years old. NOT GOOD.
If no resolution found will outline and review on all possible platforms.

However, 1 suggestion to not only Help Customers out, but your Employees...
Loaner Car provisions.
I believe it would Help w/ a updated program for the service employees to know if there will be cars available Before the same Customer day appt.
Getting a phone call sane day as my appt @ 7:00 am to be told there wuz no loaner call for my (5) hr
Service appt was not my cup of Tea
This puts Strain not, nor is it fun for the Service Employee to put up w/ a Grumpy Customer.
Is there not a better system for ALL I ask?
Cost effective of course.

I purchased my Jeep Liberty from **** Hannah Jeep 14 years ago. I brought it in yesterday because of a recall notice. I asked if they could look at my rear door electrical because my sensor says the glass is open when it isn't. This keeps me from being able to set the alarm, use the defrost & Windshield wiper,and my console light as the dome lights come on. I received a quote, which you should have on file, for over $8000 for more than just my back window. I rejected the suggested work and was asked if I wanted to talk to sales for a trade in. Unbelievable... But wait gets worse. I was then charged $168 for the assessment. I do not appreciate being treated this way. I am a small business owner that provides a service and I do not charge my patrons for the screening/assessment/consultation, I only charge for actual services. This is called good business and builds a loyal cutomer base. I am no longer a loyal customer of **** Hannah, or Jeep for that matter, since this is the way you do business with your loyal patrons. My husband has also placed a report regarding our experience this weekend with the Better Business Bureau.

My first oil change, tire rotation, and interior cabin noise service took over a week long. The interior cabin noise is still there, and I have a slight steering wheel wobble a when traveling proximately 50 miles an hour. Vehicle only 2017 with 9k miles.

Beth was very kind however you had one tech for express service on a Saturday and we waited for about two hours . When we arrived there were only two vehicles ahead of us. I work full time plus and my weekends are full of errands and appointments so time is valuable. After the two hours and Beth couldn't give an estimate how much longer it would be, we decided to take it to another shop for service. We would like to continue having our jeep serviced where we purchased it but your staffing makes it impossible for express quality service to be done.
