The one thing I have liked since I been buying cars for the lat 10 years from **** hannah (3 cars & 2 motorcycles) is that when I go in for a service I get a wash & vacuum. For the last 2 years they say oh we are under staffed sorry. But the service people are always nice. This time not so much, it was very cold, matter of fact & to the point.

Darin did s great job explaining things that were completed on the truck. He was able to clarify the misinformation provided ny the service representative I had encountered when I dropped the vehicle off. That individual was rude and did not provide the services I had discussed with Darin. They contradicted everything that had previously explained and refused to provide the vehicle I had arranged when making my appointment with Darin.
