The service performed and the customer service by Teila during the time our van was there for work was fine. However, I had follow up questions. I called Friday (2/22) and asked to have Teila call me back to help me. She did not answer the phone, it was another service agent who said she would give Teila the message. I also texted my questions to Teila through the text messaging system we used to communicate during the repair work. I called again Tuesday because I did not receive a call back and was told once again my message would be given to Teila to call me back. I stated this was my 3rd time reaching out and to please call me back. Three hours later on Tuesday I attempted to contact the service department through the agent chat feature since I still had no call back. The agent could not help me and said once again my questions will be sent to Teila to call me back. I reiterated to please make sure she gets the message and to please call me back as this was now my 4th attempt and it will be my last. I also said I don’t need it to be Teila to respond to me, it can be anyone, I am just requesting g pricing estimates for recommended work that was on my paperwork. I was assured someone would call me back. Nobody did. I decided to call Gresham Dodge and they gave me pricing estimates for my work on the 1st phone call by the 1st person who answered. Nobody at **** Hannah was willing to help me. Nobody offered to give the estimates because they weren’t my assigned service advisor. I do not know if my messages ever made it to Teila. She has been nothing but exceptional to work with in the past so it is my assumption she didn’t get the messages or hasn’t been there. There is no reason any of the other 3 people I actually talked to when calling in could not have helped me win my simple request. Nobody seemed to want to help me because it wasn’t their job to do so. You have lost my business because this has been a very frustrating and unprofessional experience. We will never come to **** Hannah again for service or to buy any future vehicles and I will be happy to tel anyone who will listen to me why. Terrible customer service. Which is a shame because Teila is a great customer service advisor and I cannot praise her enough. I was ready to abandon **** Hannah for similar customer service reasons in the last but she intervened and took care of us. No longer. A simple phone call or someone willing to do a little something extra for work not assigned to them is all it would have taken.

Kelsey is a professional and communicates well. She also
listened to my concerns that didn't seem to be working correctly but also didn't seem to be related but worth mentioning. Like the switch to move the drivers seat to and fro, up and down. She said she would have that checked out as it wasn't working properly lately, also the red lights coming on while idling in stopped traffic. And yes! you found the problem in the seat movement switch drawing juice from my battery. Thanks so much Kelsey and the team. Tanya

Did not receive the free advertised car wash with service. Representative told me I need brakes and possibly rotars and it would be $2800 which is insane. Went somewhere else and turns out the rotars are completely fine I just need break pads. I felt like **** Hannah was trying to take advantage and rip me off.

Made the appointment for 2 recalls and an oil change. Only found out after the oil change that they didn’t do either of the recalls, claiming they didn’t have parts. Cleaning and re-torquing a ground wire doesn’t need parts. And why did they schedule the service in the first place and waste my time making the trip to the dealership if parts weren’t available. Teila was great to work with at least, but this was my first experience with **** Hannah service department and I wasn’t impressed.

You need to speed things up. I brought my car in at 11am and got it back at close to 4pm for the recall. Was told it would take about 2 hours.
