I bought a OEM key fob for my dodge van and took it to the service center for programming. He confirmed if it was an OEM fob which it was so they programmed it but all but one button worked. I had to figure this out myself after I was told when I asked if it worked “well I think.” I went back to see if the service person at the desk could help me (Jeff Roberts) he told me that cause it was not a OEM fob bought from a dealership he can’t help me. I walked away irritated because it was an OEM part, and I truly feel it was not done correctly on purpose because I didn’t pay the outrageous price of buying it from the dealership itself. When I was leaving in an attempt to embarrass me from across the garage full of people he shouted “That’s the gamble to take from buying keys online.” We previously bought a van from **** Hannah, our newest one we did not and one reason was the service department. I had always brushed off the 2 1/2 hour oil changes when I had a scheduled appointment or the faint cigarette smell in my car once they were finished but when you have such terrible customer service and confidence in yourself and work that the only way to make yourself feel better is to try to embarrass your paying customers maybe you are in the wrong profession. This is the review that I posted on BBB, Yelp, Google, and dealer rater.

I asked you to wash my Jeep, you didn’t. You tried to over charge me $48 and I caught you in a lie because I made you walk me through all the charges at the end and you “oops, must have made a mistake” even though you said five seconds prior that that was what you quoted... oh and it took you 3.5 hours to do an oil service and I was the 7 am (first appointment)

I have not been given complete and accurate information about the service needed to my vehicle. I have worked with 3 service people who don't know what the previous person did or said for there are no notes in the system. My vehicle was lost on property. Service was scheduled when the only available mechanic was on vacation because no one knew I needed to work with this one man. My vehicle has spent as much time in your service center as it has at my home.

Service was great. My pick up could have been better. First thing i want to smell getting in my vehicle after service, especially at 7am in the morning, is overwhelming cigarette smoke smell. I would appreciate more consideration from the service department in the future to mitigate this happening again.

Had to bring truck back because it was leaking oil after service. I think they missed pulling old filter seal off and put new filter on over it. Leaked oil on my driveway. Beth Hickox was a star though, she made sure everything was fixed made it happen quickly. Thank you Beth.

When we called to set up and appointment in regard to the car the representative on the phone never mentioned a fee for the diagnostic test. She mentioned that we needed to take the car in and they would let us know what was wrong with it. After clarifying with her that there was no charge we made the appointment. Today (Saturday) when they called to tell us what was wrong with the car, the representative was rude and inappropriate. She was charging us for something we never consent to or was never called about. She was getting fustraded and aggravated when we tried to explain to her that we were not sure where the 130$ charge was coming from. Instead of listening and letting us explain to her what we were told she got upset. I think for the future please let us know about this charge that way we can make the decision to take to another mechanic if we choose to. Thank you again for your service
