I'm filling out this survey 2 weeks after initially bringing in my car. I was told it's just a matter of a replacement auxiliary battery for the engine start/stop in my 2017 Jeep Compass Trailhawk, but still awaiting follow-up that the battery has arrived and that I can bring in the car for the replacement. Only having the car a year, rather upsetting this is apparently an issue with these vehicles. No recall on them for this to have a better auxiliary battery installed? Since the engine start/stop is one of the primary means in which this vehicle attempts fuel economy, it seems rather imperative the battery supporting it can function for more than a year.

I had a scheduled appointment today from a week and half ago for my truck recall to be fixed.. Got there no rental car that was promised. Went home in Lyft, 5 mins later I get a call, oh your parts not here. The part was there but they used it on another customer.????????. Now I have to wait for them to order the part again and take time out of my day to take truck in. I need to be compensated for this disorganized service.

I dropped my Jeep off for my scheduled appointment at 7:30am and was told that it would take an hour to an hour and a half. I called at 2pm to see if it was done. I was told I would receive a call back. I stopped by at 3pm and was told it wasn't done but I would receive a call back. I did not receive a call until after 6pm saying that they did some recall work which they did not inform me about before doing. I received an email (not a call) at 8am the next morning saying I could pick up my vehicle. They were to fix a "tire low" light which they didn't and didn't discuss with me why it wasn't done, only put a note on the receipt saying that the wheel key couldn't be found. There is some serious communication problems here. I should not be told that my car is going to only take 1 to 1 1/2 hours to complete and then they keep it over 24 with no calls to explain what is happening. I ended up "carless" and then paying $66 dollars for an oil change. Think I'll be taking it somewhere else from now on. I'm a long time customer with **** Hannah and never had anything but excellent service with the folks at VW. Very disappointed, Stacy R

We dropped the truck off to get fixed. Didn't get told you needed a whole day just to inspect. Evidently inspection wasn't done completely. Because now, after dropping it off for a day again, you have to order the parts. Now we have to drop it off again, right? We don't have a 3rd vehicle so just have to do without. Again. This is wrong.

The “express” option for oil change is never express. Just frustrating you can’t make an appointment and have to use “express” It is never express and always takes 2+ hours for an oil change
