I had a simple recall that required me to return 3 separate times, all for scheduling issues, first there were no loaners after I was assured there would be. Next I was told the service would take between 1 hour and all day, I could not get a clear explanation of what was going to happen, and then I was told that the loaner was actually a rental and would cost $50, not what I was told the first time. Then I arranged my own pick up and drop off, the shuttle was “down” the recall was completed and I was told I had some minor things I needed to repair, chiefly wipers and air filters, things I had just replaced within the month, so basically, not necessary replacements.

I have always supplied my own engine oil for my 2018 Sportage for the second time the technician did not use my oil however they used Kia's oil and had to perform the oil change over this creates a great deal of time loss for myself and family the service writer was certain to note the work order however the technician failed to read it
