I realize that mistakes happen, and sometimes wrong parts show up... I’m OK with that, but it would have been nice to have KIA contact me to let me know that my car wasn’t finished & I’d have to leave it overnight again. I called twice yesterday to check on the progress (3:00 & 4:00) and both times I was told that they’d find out and get right back to me. The second time I called, I was told that I’d get a call before closing... I received no call.
If this happens in the future, I’d appreciate an offer for a free loaner car.

Got stuck at restaurant on my trip home car would not reconize keys. "Either set"
Sales men who was great called me two days later to let me now that the vehicle had to be returned that it was not supposed to be sold there are Parts on the way for the rotor,caliper, struts. Because they didn't pass safety check. Before I ran the car to the store and had it twice not register the key only a two blocks away from my house. All of this and then realizing that I'm paying too much for a car that we have four almost $2,000 less at the Honda dealership and 10000 less miles. I originally had gone to look at a 2016 during the mistake I bringing out the wrong car initially I ended up getting a 2015 which is running around $10,000 not 13,000 on average for 40000 miles. Upon returning the finance manager and I believe the general manager were there who had no clue what I was talking about seemed like they were upset at Dominic for calling me in the first place without them being notified thing in the composure he took both keys and the car back. This was all before the 3-day peace of mind today soon as that time frame was over with you guys still have possession of the car and I get a message that I can come pick up my car. I was under the impression by giving the keys back we were going to look at a different vehicle or proof to me that the work was done. The reason I hadn't caught the check engine light exclamation point in this car is because it was so low on fuel that the gentleman before Dominic told me that the! Was because of the low fuel not because of an engine issue

Since the courtesy wash and vacuum is not what I thought as it was explained on the invoice. Not vacuumed, tire shined or wiped down in any satisfactory way. I was surprised that the trunk and passenger seat etc. were as I left it in your care. That could be my expectations are too high.
It makes me wonder about my engine though and what was said was done for it.
You’ll be glad to know that we now have four Kia Souls living in my Condos that were recommended by me so that would in the long run make me a satisfied customer it would seem.
