Service has improved from the last few times I’ve been there, but my car sat for 2.5 hours before even being touched. What’s the point of an apppintmnet if my car is going to sit? I don’t live in town and I have to stay in Vancouver for HOURS AND HOURS when it wasn’t even necessary
