Josh did an outstanding job taking care of us while the 2013 Kia Soul has factory recall work completed. It was unfortunate that there were issues with stoppage of the service department computers, causing our 3 hr estimated time to become 4.5 hrs. I find it interesting that we are told the work would take 3 hrs, saw that our vehicle wasn’t touched in that time, and then the actual work was accomplished in about 30 min. Josh was forthright in explaining the delays, and making us comfortable, but the scheduling system falls a little short.
