It took over three hours for my oil to get changed and my tires rotated. I dropped my car off early and was told service would begin around 2pm, my original appointment was scheduled for 2:30pm. I received a text that my car was ready at 5pm. I ended up picking my car up the next morning, only to find half of my car vacuumed, which I found very disappointing.
