Service writer was awesome service was great but didn't get the car washed. Paperwork says the tech sent it to the wash rack but car never got washed. Hood still has the techs hand print in it.

While the staff is nice enough, I simply brought my Kia to the dealership to be repaired. Guessing, possible solutions, after 5.5 hours is something I could do on my own. I don’t think you can satisfy clients by tying up their vehicle for over 5 hours and giving them a guessing repair list totaling $1,600 while admitting none of that list is guaranteed to fix the issue. I would simply like to give you money to fix my car, anything outside of that is entirely useless. It’s bizarre that there could be a different outcome.

He came out of the service area to let me know my car was almost done and that he would come get me when it is done. I asked him about getting my car washed and he apologized that the gentleman who washed his car as was gone. He offered me to come back at any time and get my car washed . He was a very nice guy.

Usually when I get my car serviced my car is vacuumed out before pick up. I’m concerned that I specifically asked about the condition of my brakes and was told that they were fine. Upon pick up my paperwork said they should be replaced soon. I’m usually impressed with the service I receive at this service center but this time I was not.
