It is what you charge...I think a loyalty program should work for those buying vehicles and labor should be half what I paid if anything. I will change oil myself...I just YouTubed it...I will come to you once a year and we will go over all charges before you talk me into ****. Yes im.tired of getting ripped off once again when I am a single working mother trying to make to make it. It's an oil change and maintenance checks not a Niro surgery.

walk right by the waiting area seem much too importantt

Hire people who actually care and most importantly have an impact on decisions. I have had to take over my claim and single handily do all the work myself. Faces at KIA dealership are obviously not backed with any actual management power. Hopefully they are only paid at minimum because they are required to do basically nothing.

When I brought the vehicle in I kind of got the impression that I wasn't being listened to and I was told I was wrong about my appraisal of the situation and I was told you know it was going to cost me $50 plus labor but in fact it was fully warrantied and ended up costing me nothing so there was there's a disconnect and I didn't appreciate it but the work got done the following day and I'm satisfied with the work I just wasn't pleased with the the original contact thank you
