Kassandra was great! Slightly disappointed my $600 car service didn't come with a car was and maybe a vacuum. Feeling like that should have been done.

When I called to make my service appointment for my 22,500 service I was told that an air cleaner was included in the service when I pick the car up James had informed me that the cleaner was dirty but at this time it would be changed at my next service appointment I had a complementary oil change but was never told about the air cleaner being dirty I would've had them replace it if they would've called when I got home I looked at my invoice and noticed that the air cleaner was on my invoice and it was denied declined I don't I don't know who declined it but I was unhappy to see that on my invoice as to if anything happened to you my vehicle status as far as maintaining it it would be wrote on there I don't know who made that decision but I wish they would've called me to have that installed I would've been happy to pay the 3195 I will wait to have somebody call me to talk about this thank you

Cassandra wasn't the person who i delt with it was a gentleman. I was satisfied with the visit except for that after i got home i read the paper work that was given to me and it stated that my brake fluid was a critical concern. It was never mentioned when i was checking out. It also stated that my front tire tread needed attention. Not sure if these were important or not.

In and out under 1 hr also car was washed clean. Thank you. On the down side was the price was too high its $75 cheaper at Weston Kia for oil, filters and tires rotated. But Dakota was very friendly and so was everyone else
