I dropped my car off around 11am for my 11:20am appointment with James. I was told it would take 1-2 hours to get my estimate. After 3 hours later I called and asked for James to see where my car was in the process ... I was told he wasn't at his desk and that he would call me back. Within a few minutes i received a text message with my estimate. I called customer service to ask when it would be completed. They said they would have James call me back. A few minutes later a young lady called and informed me that the part wouldnt arrive until Tues/Wed. The lady offered me to either leave my car or come get it. I decided to go in and get my car and set-up appointment for nexr week. On my way in i received a phone from Kia informing me that James told Kia i wanted to upgrade my car. I never said that so i was puzzled why i received that call. When I arrived James wasn't at his desk ... i think he was helping with an oil change so a young man helped me (Allen or Dakota). So to answer your question about James ... no he wasnt helpful at all. He only checked me in. I will not request him in the future and don't want a call back from him.
