Vehicle was attended to very well but upon retrieval of my car the tank was empty I didn't even have enough gas in the tank to make the last ten feet to the pump when I left my car it had an 1/8th of a tank I have pictures too if I was required to replace fuel in loaner car they should have been courteous to provide the same

I think you (and others) should abandon this type of survey that requires a perfect score, "complete satisfaction," 10 out of 10, etc. in order for the individual who provided the service to "pass" his/her evaluation. Any survey that requires a perfect score demonstrates an unrealistic expectation of an employee on the part of the surveyor/employer. I will not continue to fill out these kinds of surveys - they make you look like you don't want constructive or thoughtful feedback based on your customer's actual experience.
