I purchased something I just realized I do not need. Should of got the serpentine belt instead. I talked to my friend's bd who is a mechanic. I am glad I did not purchase anything else that was not needed. Now I spent money that could of been used for something I actually did. Also,I am missing my caps to my tires.

James is your best team member, always and consistently, there on your service team, ways does what is best, no unnecessary up selling, no side talking or work arounds. Unlike every other service team member I have dealt with with walk in issues and such, nothing ever indicates or shows on my service history I have ever been in your service department other than twice, even when towed in several times, and not by your towing courtesy, who put me off saying no one was available to tow at the time I needed a diagnostic and resolve to fix an ongoing problem, I finally used my own towing courtesy so I have documented receipts. The biggest issue I have was the 'other service team member who upsold me for an unnecessary oil change and change over to synthetic oil while I was towed in for a battery charging issue,telling me the synthetic oil was preferred and best, switched me over.Now every oil change I drop a hundred dollar bill no matter what specials or discounts I present or are running, at least twice a year with my low miles and I have seen nothing better or improvement with my cars performance. A call and messages were made to the service manager who was going to contact me but never has and after a year's time I don't expect it will happen either. James is great I'm glad I can count on him to be reliable and forthcoming. Thx

The young man did an awesome job checking me in and out. He brought my car right to me out front. What I'm not happy with is the long wait times. Even if we have an appointment we still get mixed in the queue with everyone else making the wait times too long. Too many appointments for too few techicians!

Cassandra is awesome!!!! She took whay COULD of been a horrible experience and turned it around to something that was very satisfying.
