Everything was easily explained and went smoothly. The only thing I would say that could improve is the time for an oil change.

I was a little upset that I mentioned that I wanted my brake lights checked when I dropped my car off. My brake lights WEREN’T checked and wasn’t even on the inspection report. (Shouldn’t that always be a part of the inspection report?) so, when I picked my car up, I had to wait while they checked my brake lights and replace the bulb that I knew was out.
