He was very helpful and respectful. He told us not to wash the car for about a week or more and said the pollen stuck below the windows could be removed the next time it is washed.

It went fine, nothing egregious. I believe my car was the last one of the day, and I imagine folks wanted to get home. Car wasn’t that clean on the outside, had been told the bill would be around $189 -10% loyalty and it turned out to be ~230, and was told that was the baseline and if I didn’t have the loyalty program they would have added 10%. Bill/services performed weren’t explained, and when I was reading through it Dakota kinda hurried me along. I’ve bought 3 cars there, and will continue to do so, and like I said this was fine, but I was happier with the person that handled it the previous time I brought it in (Cheyanne?) and I’ll try and avoid being the last apt of the day. Thank you.

This is by far the worst Kia dealership I have ever been to. I have owned 3 Kia cars and if I had known that this dealership was so bad I would have bought something else. Ever time I bring my car in I feel like the service technicians I'm talking to want me to know exactly what part needs to be fixed. They show no interest in making sure my car runs at top performance. They never do any kind of inspection, i have brought my car in for a transmission issue 3 times. The first time they told me they experienced the issue and that they think it's the computer so they reset the computer ten minutes after I drove away the car experienced the same issue. I brought it back and all of a sudden the traditions couldn't find anything wrong. I had to bring it back a third time to do a ridealong. When we did the ridealong I couldn't get the car to recreate the issue. They cleared the coeds and later that day I had the issue again. At this point I gave up dealing with the shot show down at your service center and started taking my car to jiffy lube and dealing with a strong lurch my car dose at low speeds (as an uber driver this issue has cost me money because it feels like I slam on the breaks) at 35,000 miles I decided to try again and see if I could get the issue fixed. After setting up a time and waiting for an hour after my appointment for a ride along so I could show them what was going on (i can now recreate it every time) i went home. I than received a phone call where the technician told me the same line about it being the computer and that if I didn't want it to happen all I had to do was change the driving mode (I haven't had a chance to test this but if it works why not tell me the first time and not waste everyone's time) the most basic oil change takes 4 hours. And to top off the shitshow that is everything about your dealership my car is never clean when I pick it up, my mirrors are as dirty as they were when I came in. I now am going to have to drive to Beaverton to get my Kia worked on. I wish I had know this before I bought my car I would have gone somewhere else.

Not verbally told it was a drop off appointment so I had to wait 5 1/2 hrs just to get 4 new rims replaced plus 1 tire replaced and then the valve stem caps were not put on. Also why using the same style rim it will rust again I believe, i asked for a diff. style but was told no.
