Items left in car were not returned upon completion of detailing. When I called to ask where my items might be located I was told that Mr. Marquez had left for the night and that another service staff member would be calling. I called at 6pm and as of this writing I have not had return contact from the service staff. Although the work that the staff performed was well done removing items from ones car and putting them back is not good business. Please have Mr. Marquez contact me soonest.

When I made an appointment I was told that it would only be an hour wait but when I went to drop off my car they said 2.5 hours. Luckily this time it worked out of but in my opinion why make the appointment and give a wait time if that's not what it really is? Maybe the person booking the appointment should let the person know about the longer wait time ahead of time instead of when they come in. Otherwise the service I got from the service department was great! Mainly just the person that booked it was the real issue for me here. But I'll know for next time that is actually longer then the estimated time.
Sorry if that was harsh in any way not my intention just wanted to give a little inside where I thought would help in my experience today.

I was charged more than the quoted price. I don't feel there was a complete inspection because they never said anything about my headlight being out. I was told my car would be washed by the time i picked it up, but when i got there they hadn't even started to wash it.
