I came in with a coupon stating oil change and some number of points they check and tire rotation. You also said i needed my fuel system flushed, i am okay with the request to have the fuel system flushed but it upset me when they told my brake system needed to be flushed. I had this done right after I bought the car. Still under warranty with the so called certified car. I would like to know if it got done when they first told me i needed this done. Tired of going to you guys and walking away with uneasy feeling. And what really set me off was that they never rotated my tires. Please help me understand i payed a lot of money for this car and don’t like feeling like i am dealing with a company that doesn’t care how there customers feel.

It took over 3 hours to do an hour long service. Then, when I got it back it was a really bad wash job, garbage still in drivers seat and water dripping inside the door frames from the wash. She did just fine just no follow through
