Everything was great including the 10% off the oil change.
The one wrinkle was that when I presented the 15% off ANY maintenance coupon, I was told that it would only apply to more major work.
The coupon seemed a bit misleading.

There was a ding in the right passenger door, the ding was removed but the paint is still chipped. I paid a lot of money to get a new car with a chip in the paint already.

Service itself was fine, however as part of the service a car wash and a vacuum is usually included. No one vacuumed the inside of the car and at the carwash was not done well. The employees were very polite and professional and did their job well.

We totally trust our car to you. You said that the service included a car wash. It was obvious that it was not washed. The wheels were not cleaned at all. However, other than that, the service was great. Everyone was very nice and helpful.
