I was not impressed with who I was assigned to, Cassandra, she wasn’t there at check in or at the time I checked out and there was a descepancy about the charges and she wasn’t there to address. However, the gentleman who was there and helped with the issues and questions should get a huge cudos. I request him for my service rep on my next visit. He defused an issue that could have escalated to bigger problem and was professional and helpful. Please pass my compliments on to him. He is the person you want to represent your service department.
