I brought my daughters Kia Soul today for a recall fix. Our appointment was for 1030 this morning and what was supposed to take just about an hour and a half to complete turned into a 5 1/2 hour ordeal. Needless to say I am pissed. So much for transparency in your clear, honest, and helpful communication!

I drove in for an oil change and it turned out to be time for several maintainces. They said it would be about three hours. I asked if we could just do the oil and I’d come back for the other things. I told him I wasn’t feeling well; a cough, cold and uvulitist (infected throat). They got everything done in just under two hours. I appreciated their effort to rush me through. Thank you.

The people at the service center were great. The issue is that I wasn’t provided a loaner car for the RECALL work being done. You have provided me one previously, but this time I was told I had to rent a car. It cost me $45 dollars. If I had been in there to have non-recall or warranty work done, I would understand having to pay for a rental, but this was not the case. I’m expecting you to cover the rental charge.
