I didn’t meet Zachary but my service agent Chris said Zachary did lots of tests (extensive effort) and concluded that the catalytic converter had failed. I appreciate Zachary’s skills, knowledge and thorough analysis.

I came in with a leaky tire, the first guy I saw noticed right away that there was a screw in the side wall and told me the tire would need to be replaced. He sent the car to the service area, over an hour later they came out to tell me the tire needed to be replaced, I said "I know". They quoted me prices for various tires and then told me you had no tires in stock, I should drive around on a leaky tire for 2 days and they would get the tires. I told them I should have been told upfront that you did not stock tires and I could have saved myself lots of time. I went to Discount tires because I was not driving around with a faulty tire for 2 days.
