Chris was excellent. He was attentive to my questions. He is very knowledgeable about future maintenance milestones for my car. He was very good about significant items to need attention and price of the preventive maintenance. He asked questions like washing the car and rotating the tires, etc. This was a good experience as previous visits have not been very good. Keep this young man going in the area he is in and compensate him well to retain a great spokesperson for Hannah.
