Carson was very pleasant and respectful. He called me to let me know what was wrong with my car to get my ok on the work he needed to do. My car needed an alignment and it is driving so much better. He told me all of the things they looked at to diagnose the problem. My car was ready by 4:00 and he was very efficient when I picked up my car. I was out of there in 5 minutes. I was very impressed with this young man and I instantly trusted him. I was surprised that I received 7 text messages from **** Hannah and Carson about my 10-19-2017 appointment and repair experience. I wasn't told to expect any text messages. I tend to think that Carson thought I had a smartphone: I don't, and send/receive about a dozen text messages per year at 10 cents per message. Otherwise, Carson was great to work with and quick (lots of customers). Especially liked shuttle 16 miles home and back.
