We had selected **** Hannah Subaru service center due to continuous poor service experiences at our hometown Subaru dealer. I do not need to elaborate however I will say that we drove 40 miles to your dealership.

I appreciate how the employees greeted me and answered all my questions. They were very nice. However one of the issues I came in for was not resolved as I was told. They had said the knocking sound was completely gone but there was a faint ticking sound which was probably caused by the axle which would need to be replaced at a later time. When I got the car back and started driving, yes the knocking sound was non existent. As I drove for 5 more minutes the knocking sound came back and progressively got worse and by the time I got home it was exactly how I brought it in as. As I had did my own research of the problem I came to find that figuring out what could be the cause is not as hard to pinpoint as I was told. I am now out $800 and do not feel safe to drive. This will cause me to go somewhere else and find someone with 100% confidence to tell me what the issue is and I will most likely pay less.

It took way too long to do the work. It shouldn’t take nearly 3 hours to open a door panel and see if it needs a new window motor. Then, they had to order the part. So I need to down an additional 3 hours next week. Additionally, they didn’t wash my car. And when I came to pick up my car I stood there for several minutes without anyone offering to help me.
