Thank you for taking the time in finding the problem with my tire . Sorry I was so up set yeasterday but felt like I was brushed off and Then after working tell 9 pm comming out to find my tire flat again. Also not happy with having to pay for a tire rotations never had to do that before with any of my other vehicles. A person would think they would get better service from the dealership where they purchased the car.

please have your manager call me at their earliest convenience. I have communicated the issues to Carson and appreciate his apologies but I have had a terrible first experience at your dealership. Sadly all of this could have been solved by better communication upfront or an apology with action to make sure everything was taken care of that say. I returned my rental to you and picked up my vehicle more than 24 hours ago yet I am still out personal funds for what was supposed to be a completely covered and paid for recall, on top of suffering extreme personal embarrassment and humiliation. This could have been a great chance to earn a new in town customer, (If someone would have asked you could have realized I have a newer vehicle and get every service and oil change done at a dealership that I now have to drive an hour to.) Instead you are hurting me and my family. Again, I am still out personal funds and sadly this service and issue is not resolved. Lastly, I'm embarrassed and sad that a simple service has turned into this. I was very clear scheduling this appointment that I could not afford a rental (as I told Carson I shouldn't have to explain my personal financial situation to anyone but I now have had to multiple individuals, including employees and customers of enterprise) and that I couldn't come in for the service if It wasn't provided so please let me know beforehand. As you can tell I'm extremely disappointted.
