He food a great job at keeping me updated on the progress of my vehicle and listened as well as addressed all my concerns. The only thing that would have made it five star out of five star service for me is if it was detailed after it being dropped off. Just ran through car wash and vacuumed. A Subaru dealership in Hillsboro Oregon offers that service even if you just wait in the waiting room.

Zach was amazing! He helped me through a difficult situation with my car breaking down in a city I am unfamiliar with while taking my grandson to the doctor. Not only did he help track down parts for my old 1994 Subaru and get it in to be repaired in one day, he found me a loaner car so my infant grandson and I could go to the mall and est and relax. He was a gentleman and helped carry the carseat and diaper bag. Can't say enough about how well I was treated. Thank you, Zach!
