The oil change was pricey but to LIE THAT they vacuumed. No your company did not until I questioned. Yes, I walked the man back to the vacuum and showed him how. He stated YOUR BUSINESS ONLY VACUUMS THE DRIVER SEAT. I stated I only came in for a vacuum. He also never pulled up the mats unless I asked him. Really? $108 with an appointment. Crap!

I felt the cost of my oil change was very excessive. Also, I understand your service center not washing the cars that come in, but my car was not vacuumed and the dash was not wiped down. It seems like if you are going to charge double what any other place would charge, you should give your customers the royal treatment.
