Everything went very smooth as a dealership was hoping to get a parts break down so could show or explain the value of dealerships repair cost over private the biggest difference is in qaulity parts was unable to do that with the estimate given my son is the person that actually owns this car and he’s not very mechanical figure a part is a part have convinced him of the difference now but of course the mechanic buddy who does it in the garage who buys parts from the cheapest bidder would tell him parts are parts if you could break down parts and labor I’d be happier but all in all pretty nice happy with service

Carson Krigbaum was very professional, cordial and personable. I liked my experience with him. The one thing that I am dissatisfied with is the fact that when we bought our Subaru we payed thousands of dollars extra for a bumper to bumper super duper warranty no worries blah blah blah and lo and behold a muffler isn’t covered under said warranty. Hmmmmm? This makes me feel like the extra money that we payed was to line someone’s pockets with our hard earned money. I expect that when I’m told that a bumper to bumper warranty will cover everything between the bumpers....well I expect anything to be taken care of if there happens to be an issue. I’m now kicking myself for purchasing “The Extended Warranty.” I’m not angry at **** Hannah because I was treated well throughout the entire shopping and purchasing process. I’m just disappointed. I’m angry with myself.
This of course has nothing to do with Carson because once again he was awesome. Thank You for your time.
