Always nice to see Carson, he's friendly and explains issues honestly and explains my options and with a 150K mileage car, I don't need to bring it to a dealership but I feel more comfortable talking and working with Carson on the issues that seem to come with older cars.

It was an innocent mistake, but the vin number on my car got confused with another vin # and so i have to bring my car back in to get the windshield wiper recall taken care of. I originally brought it in to get that fixed, was told i didnt need it, which i was surprised by because my carfax and the lady that scheduled me both said it needed it. To satisfy me i would like a free loaner as i had my car serviced and had a ride worked out but it wasnt serviced correctly, and that isnt my fault. Frank was super nice and helpful and im not upset, but i just want to be make sure i dont pay for a simple mistake. Thnx
