There was an ongoing problem with my window. This was the 4th time I had been in for the same problem. Zach made it right. I’m pretty sure the support I received was outside of normal protocol but he’s the reason I’ll be back and the reason I’ll send others to **** Hannah vs. Wentworth. Genuine customer services has been a dying beast. It’s nice to see that Zach is working to keep it alive.

I have called and spoken with a representative in your service department three times about this issue: You keep calling and texting me with service updates for cars that are not mine. It appears to be different cars, and I get everything from the confirmation call days prior to the appointment, all the way to the text messages telling me my car is finished and in the car wash (always humorous to get those messages WHILE I’m driving my car).
As I said, I’ve called and spoken to a service manager multiple times about this, but it keeps happening. The phone number in question is ****-****-xxxx and should only be tied to our 2014 black Subaru Forrester.
