The blouse, stocky lady who was intaking the cars on Saturday was pretty negative. When I asked if my car could be washed in addition to my servicing, without looking at my records, she went into a huge explanation about why you don't do that anymore. She seemed unhappy to be there. I was very grateful to get the nice young man with the matching shirt and shoes for follow up. He showed all of the courtesy and kindness I have always experienced at **** Hannah.

I thought that the back seat area would have also been vacuumed and it was not. It also frustrated me that as an Oregonian who purchased in Washington and choose to bring my vehicle to be serviced that there was "labor" tax on the invoice. I was told this when I arrived with my vehicle and approved it so that my vehicle would get its service today after driving for 1 hour to get there.
