Skye provided exceptional customer service with my 2018 Leaf. Another dealer had told me that my control rod on the left front was bent and that a wheel alignment alignment was not possible. Skye check the alignment and certified that it was correct. He performed all the work without cost, and for that I was grateful. I thought I had a warranty issue. Moreover, a technician told me that my car doesn’t even have a control rod as part of the front end assembly. I learned a valuable lesson, that I should never take my car to other than a Nissan dealer. Finally, Skye also washed my car at no cost under the loyalty program. This really was exceptional customer service, and it really relieved my anxiety about a front end alignment problem. Thanks Skye!!
