The car I was sold less has water in head lights which is completely unsafe i just got the car and first rain headlights have tons of water in them and don’t show on road correctly in dark because of it. Supposedly it’s not covered with peace of mind coverage. Seriously? I had car less than two weeks and first rain this happens. I brought in rite away. Sky was nice but this is rediculous

Ben went above and beyond with the customer service he provided. I had gone to the gym while waiting for my service to be completed and did not have my phone with me. I had mistakenly thought the service center closed at 8pm and arrived to pick up my vehicle at 6:35pm, after they closed at 6pm. When I arrived Ben was there waiting for me outside. He ran in and grabbed my keys along with my service information which he then went over with me. He mentioned that he noticed how far away I lived and didn't want to leave me hanging. It takes a very special kind of employee to provide this level of service. I can't express how greatful and appreciative I am. Thank you so very much!
