Overall the service and advisors are awesome, but it they are usually off schedule. I had a 9 am appointment and my vehicle wasn’t taken back until past 10. Keegan was great and gave me a heads up, but this is usually the case here. I was at the dealership for 5 hours for an oil change and brake service.

Service was faster than expected. And the service team was Top Notch A+ all around. My only complaint aside form the car wash that looked like it was done by a short 8y/o but it was the fact that Yau Ming drove and parked my car. I know this cause I didn’t know the driver seat could go back that far and recline that low too. OH... and the steering wheel was so low I can honk the horn with my knees!!! But hey... no harm no foul. You all have a good day

Service great as usual. The waiting room was especially noisy with the TV blaring and piped in Christmas music. The audio feeds were distracting and at times annoying. I suggest paying more attention to ambiance.
