Mr. Flynn sometimes overestimated what needs to be done. So I would be prepared for what I need to pay. But he was always fighting to save some money, and he did. He was nice enough to explain what the last owner had messed up. I felt very comfortable with Mr. Flynn, so I bought new tires from him too. I like your computerized feedback it's precise, accurate and quick. It also saves me so much time in contacting the dealer by phone. Great job. I would definitely recommend **** Hannah Nissan.

On 9/27/17, I showed up on time for my car tint appointment. I immediately felt I was not welcome. Kevin was unprofessional, rude and it seems he hates his job. I purchased a car there with my hard earned money and he did not even offer any sort of kindness to have a seat. I stood for 45 minutes with more mistakes on his part. I made a big mistake going there. A sales manager did not even say thank you when my car was done. I would not recommend anyone going to this place. I surrendered my car with full tank of gas and mileage was more. I gassed the loner car and took care of it. I have never felt humiliated in a business establishment until going here. I will not go there to service my car ever or return to this horrible place again. I made a big mistake and I am not happy or satisfied with their customer service. I also know that nobody will respond or offer any apologies from this company or dealer at all. Thank you all, but we are your best walk in customer on that day ever. Made an appointment for noon. I was told 2 hours upon check in. Took considerably longer and had I known, I would have made arrangements for a drop off rather than waiting for 3.5 hours. Service was a pre purchase inspection. No mention as to why the car was giving a trouble alert as to low tire pressure. I recieved the car and the trouble alert was still on. I had them add air to the tires to make sure it was reporting accurate low pressure vs a faulty sensor. Other than that, service was fine. Will likely give you guys another chance to see if this was just a fluke, or if it is business as usual. Mike
